Refund Policy

At Sophology, we are committed to providing high quality products to our customers. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy for most items. However, please note that perishable goods, such as food items, cannot be returned.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please email us at within 30 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with instructions on how to send your item back to our Brooklyn, NY location. Please note that returns will need to be sent at the customer's expense. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If your return is accepted, we'll process your refund within 10 business days of receiving the returned item. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. Damages and Issues If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us at as soon as possible so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges If you would like to exchange your item for a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
